One would not think being raised in a small, dusty, southern Oklahoma town after my minister father and mother divorced could prepare me for a career that drastically changes the lives of others. Only in my case, it was where my foundation for understanding pain and helping others was built. Born out of a desire to help others, coupled with the determination to develop solid relationships, I set out on a career path that would eventually lead me to private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Since 1986, I have helped hundreds of couples, families and individuals work through the pressing emotional hurdles of life.

I have been nationally recognized for my hours of volunteer work helping families. My work in helping bipolar families in crises was highlighted in The Bipolar Child, by Janice and Demetri Papolos, Revised Edition.

I wrote a workbook called Home Behavior Plan for Bipolar Children in 2001 and self published it.

As an LMFT & LPC, I have a desire to see people’s lives changed. My skills are enhanced by my faith in God. My heart’s desire is to meet people where they are on their emotional and/or spiritual journey.

I work with people on life’s sometimes treacherous journey. From sex addiction recovery to couples and individual therapy, spiritual journey to life coaching, it is my pleasure to watch lives be changed and restored.

I look forward to walking with you on this journey toward HOPE  & HEALING... that leads you to discover a new way of life.
